So, how many guns can a guy sell per year as a private sale before you are required to get an FFL?

Jdub, I watched the Prez's speech and I am not sure a number was ever given. I got the impression part of the litmus test is if a seller offers to sell a gun in its original packaging.

On a side note, having watched the speech, wonder where the teleprompter operator will be working next week?

I was watching it, then I nodded off. Well, I was thinking Here is an example; What if my Stepdad died and left me 5 guns and I don't want to keep them. Would I need an FFL to sell them?

Might be another "loophole".

I think they will leave undefined for the time being. It leaves them the option of targeting whoever they want with this new regulation/ex-order

Since I didn't see it, what happened that prompts that thought?

He kept looking to his right to read the text and had to wait, and wait, and wait for his next thought to be revealed. At one point it appeared the same set of text was played twice and I'll be damned if he didn't say it twice.

Nice! I hope to catch that without watching the whole dog and pony show, maybe someone will have it as a highlight
