Not to delve too far into the realm of the political, but we called it.
The Whitehouse has released details of Obola's next executive order...
Washington, D.C. - The White House has released details on President Obama's planned executive order, to beef up the nation's gun laws.
He wants to expand background checks to cover more guns sold at gun shows and online. Also, he wants to hire more federal workers to process those checks. Under current law, only federally licensed gun dealers must conduct background checks on buyers. Which exempts those who sell at flea markets or on websites.
This morning President Obama is expected to go into more detail, in an address from the White House. The address is expected to start at 11:40 a.m.

Tracy, one of the disturbing things I see regards the 'collection of data from Social Security' regarding folks on disability for having mental issues. While I don't want mentally ill folks having guns my fear is it will be used as a 'collection device' for other information.

My orb hurts !! I watched the movie "Contender" over the weekend with Sam Elliott a tongue in cheek flick about the political process' in DC ! Christ it was made 15 yrs ago and you can still see the parody in todays politics !!
As a responsible gun owner I don't want whack jobs to get guns but they gottem and I don't trust what the gubberment will do with any medical info they gathered. They probably got it anyways with this new echart stuff all the medical facilities are required to use. Not being paranoid just practical !
