I hear ya, Tracy. Every day I ask myself how these folks hold jobs, get home each night, etc. Scary, I tell ya. These people vote!

 

Yup. I had a routine but between the bike needin work and mama's work schedule I had to stop. Had a talk with her and the car is a life saver. My weight hasn't changed in years but when I work out I have more energy over all.

 

I definitely feel better and sleep better if I am more active. Been trying to do a lot of cardio work. I was a weight lifter for quite a while and tend to bulk up pretty quick if that's what I concentrate on.


Now I need to quit the friggin' cigarettes.


I'd have a lot more money to spend on my bike and taking trips as I am averaging about $200 a month going up in smoke right now.

 

Guys, other than this smoking and drinking thing i live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

 

Switch to chew. Worked for me.

 

Beautiful day here today. Finished all my rain prep. Been chillin out on the porch all day. Hopefully adding corrugated panels to the pergola will improve the waterproof ness of the porch. Bring on the rain!

 

Hummingbirds been quite active today.
