Had one happen here just before Christmas. People had just closed on it. In a very upscale area about a mile away.

Closer than that. That area you went through to get to my place is Cherry Hills Village. Where Arnold Palmer won the 61(?) U.S. Open. One of the more exclusive areas in the state.

Was on the scene after one of those. Not pretty at all. Luckily no one was home.


Turns out the guy was doing his own gas pipe plumbing. Even admitted it to the insurance guy. Not the brightest of individuals...
