Mornin, Tim. Just finished dog walking. Watching news about Canada not receiving the amount of snow to help a large number of ski resorts.

Yes Mick, those of us accustomed to dealing with Jane Public are committed to rapid responses. I mean, these days the whole thing is over in about 30 seconds. That's good......I think.

Lou, you raise an interesting question....do sperm banks have a customer complaint department?
