I work with programmers but do not program myself. I do the Operations Support end of things. I deploy the code, order new hardware and licenses, inventory, planning, compliance...it works out well so we have that separation of duties boundary.

Yes, primarily the type of aircraft that I have worked on are run by the government, no one else could afford them! Today's meeting is a strategy session where we all provide input on new marketing tactics and capabilities. Our sales staff is non-existent so all of the "marketing" is handled by the CEO through personal communication and literature. Not very effective. I have been an advocate of hiring the type of salesperson who will hold the attention of the customers, namely a woman with large breasts! Sorry Stan but you know you're at a disadvantage here unless your pumping up those mammalian bumps.
