Afternoon fellers. Dull and dreary day here today. Been working out in the grudge trying to get things straightened up and get a load ready to go to the dump.


From what I've read, it sounds like the local PD has had a boner for those old boys for a while. Pending lawsuits, etc...

 

It's tough sometimes and the kids need a reminder every now and then of who is in charge.

 

Thanks. I'd have seen stars without a warning. Trying to be less harsh with my kids, but you are right...can't give too much or else they'll get away with everything

 

Checking in, today flew by, just couldn't get caught up then bam I'm caught up and the day's over.

 

Father of three boys here. 24, 22, and 15. Parenting is some difficult stuff and no one is perfect, but it seems to me that consistency is key. Establish boundaries and stick to them as best you can, but be willing to be flexible and adapt under special circumstances.


That's always kinda been my mantra anyway....

Perhaps. But the guy who got shot, walked out with a gun and did not obey police orders to drop the gun. Bad juju is gonna happen. But why did he have a gun? Something just doesn't smell right - and it's not that nasty smell of paper making (we are know around here for paper making and it STINKS something fierce some days).

Many questions surrounding exactly what was going on in the shop just prior to his exiting. Was he exchanging gunfire with Flatoff as he exited?
