Is she broadcasting from a dispensary? ya know, I am not at all opposed to the legal pot thing, I just hate when people want to make it a spiritual experience or talk about how everything is related to pot. I wish the stoners would just admit it...they like to get high and check out from the real world. End of story! I never used pot for pain relief so can't speak on its effectiveness in that realm, I was a casual and recreational user a long time ago. I rarely paid for it since I am 100 times goofier when stoned and people wanted me to get stoned with them. Matter of fact if I spent more that $50 my whole life on pot I would be surprised....short term memory loss would explain my inability to keep track of my spending.
Used to have 8-10 beers but the hangover sucked, a hit or two let me fall asleep and wake up in no pain.
Far as heated gear, I've tried the heated gloves and grips, the grips sucked to install, but were far less easier to deal with when it came to riding, gloves were bulky and ya had to remember to charge the batteries.
The electric vest I had years back was nice until I got off and forgot to unplug it, a little better wire routing would have helped there, but I liked the vest.
Not sure what brands are good anymore, I have the Demon bar inserts and once I put the fuse in, they have worked well, 51 degrees and level 2 of 4 was more than warm enough with lightly insulated leather gloves.
I don't ride in below freezing temps, hitting a ice patch on a exit cured me of that.
