TOAK- Thread Of All Knowledge- Part IV
I suppose but I hate asking for big favors like that, though I am sure he would do it (Buddy of mine works for Big O Tire)
I'd still poke her in the chocolate starfish. Blown out or not!

No problem. Nice thing about them is they are steel couplers and not plastic. Instructions are awesome to follow and you don't have to remove the heater "corridors". Instructions are also on you tube
It's a game of putting favors in the bank. Trick is cashing them in while the memory is still fresh.

Until you find that one buddy that takes and never gives. LOL
That's why I usually don't volunteer my time. Only 2 or 3 folks I'd do it for. The kind of folks you could call at midnight broke down 1000 miles away and they would pick you up regardless.

I tend to give so much of myself for everyone else and hesitate to ask for anything for myself. I have a few buddies that I can go to for help on anything that is beyond my basic wrenching skills, one runs his own body shop, but I still hate to ask. I help them with computer stuff but to me that doesn't equate to what they do...computers are very small parts of their lives and jobs.
