Afternoon, Tracy. I believe earlier this morning I passed a jacked up pickup with that same setup.

 

Used to see the "truck *****" hanging off the bumper hitch fairly often. Not so much anymore. Much more effective if you hang them in front of the rear axle

 

Wife's birthday today. Getting ready to head out to the local Mexican restaurant (we have exactly 1 here) for supper. Actually run by a Mexican family, their food is damn good.
