Afternoon. Went in to werk for a couple hours today. Not a good idea, think the janitorial staff might want to kill me.......

If I don't kick this flu soon I might just have to see the doc.

 

Whiskey or red chili or both are good for a cold/flu

 

On a positive note I've lost about 7 pounds.

I guess it beats diet and exercise.

 

Gunna start the whiskey tonight I think. Today is the first day I've been able to keep anything down.

 

I am making red chili for dinner tonight. This is one of those diabetic conundrums. Do I have it with fried taters, tortillas or both?
