Afternoon. Went in to werk for a couple hours today. Not a good idea, think the janitorial staff might want to kill me.......
If I don't kick this flu soon I might just have to see the doc.

On a positive note I've lost about 7 pounds.
I guess it beats diet and exercise.

I am making red chili for dinner tonight. This is one of those diabetic conundrums. Do I have it with fried taters, tortillas or both?
