Yes Mick, even though my ride frequency is down compared to what it used to be, it's still critical to be prepared for those quick opportunities that may present themselves. These days I'm limited to riding my own bike only, even though there are times when its tempting to take others out for a fast spin.

I don't think that the residents like it much. I hear that a lot of them leave town for that weekend. This was the last one that I was at.
