That will still be a nice serviceable kitchen !! That will look great ! Why put a million dollar kitchen in house that would not cover the investment due to location, age or market value ! I'm not saying your house is not nice but my house is worth 150K due to the economy and age of the house ! I put in a 25K kitchen and I will never get the investment back when I sell but if I wanted to live in it till I sheet da bed then maybe !
