Googled 'moose meat' and answered my own question, Tim. I may have to see if someone in Oklahoma carries it.

Yes sir it is. I would rather eat moose than deer. Deer IMHO is only good when you drop the whole thing in a meat grinder, and make jerky. Up here, the best wild meat to eat is Elk with moose being a close second.
