Good to hear. We have been cold and high humidity for a couple weeks now. Gets tougher every year I think.

Pretty sick huh. My first house we bought here was 1000sqft home, no garage, a nice starter home. $89,500. It was a 1981 house.

I wood think somewhere in the neighborhood of $58K. That's not including the Raptor package that not available in "16". Damn 75K ouch ! I looked at new chevys an they were 37K ! I would love to have crank down windows and a sliding rear window ! screw the other stuff.
