99% of the customers at the Phone Company used to say the trouble is outside, I know because my husband is an engineer! LOL Or I know what I'm talking about I have a degree! Of course that meant the first four years they were kicked out of moms house they were learning to party while the rest of us were in some Godforsaken place trying to fix something so we didn't freeze or sink or starve...

I know because my husband is an engineer ... I dealt with the same "attitude" in the automotive repair field for years ... Had a shop not far from the GM Proving Grounds ( near Milford, MI ) and it was always a task trying to get to why they wanted an osclillator that caused transdutional pulses so that the distribulation magnifacator wouldn't cause harmonic disruption and negate the correct connectivity coming from the cramshaft cable... when in reality they has a rough idle

Did the mechanic thing for a while, and although I was pretty good at it, I didn't like bustin my knuckles. Now I get to tell other people how to fix things and let them bust their knuckles.
