Never had a new Harley, never will. No room in the budget, ain't gonna fork out that kinda money for fun. If I was to buy a new Harley now, it would definitely be a Road Glide. Am thinking of dropping about 10 - 12 grand in motorcycle accessories, though, not counting what's going in the old Tour Glide. Accessories with 8 wheels and one V8 motor...

That's what I shoulda got, always liked Bonnies; for some reason I got a new 450 Honda - 68 was the first year they dropped the humpback gas tank. Piece of crap motorcycle, wouldn't even go over 80 - in 3rd gear, wouldn't hold over 70 in their new 5 speed transmission. Sure lost on that one, don't think I had it a month. Heard after I sold it there was a mixup in the gears, why they were so gutless, but no recall or warranty. End of honeymoon with Honda...

What is your preferred method for cleanin spokes Denny? I use a wide shoe lace & polish. Takes me about a freakin hour.

As you may 'recall' we get some riding through the winter. Might even hit 35 - 40* at times.
