Mornin All you late arrivals. urAl, have you got the "notice of rate increase" to your renters in the mail yet?

 

Nope, told the woman on the other side that I wouldn't raise her rent because I want her there. The DeadsBeat side was raised for the new tenant but gave him a discount from what I thought about asking, because I wanted him in there. Good kid. Being greedy is what got the ex landlord in trouble with the DeadBeats. he could have had a really good tenant for $50 less than he got from the DBs. That extra $50 he got for the first 9 months,probably cost him around $7,000!!!

All settled in to watch the Pens & Bluejackets hockey game. I'm hopin the Pens can make it 2 inna row in the win column.

Getting ready for game 2 between the Wild and Blues tonight. Hopeing the Wild get a win tonight.
My sister and niece took me out for dinner tonight. Prime rib was great. Im stuffed.
