Argh, white out this morning. Might be a little messy this evening for Allen and Russ and anyone else meeting in St. Paul. I have folks coming to my place, so the van stays on the battery tender, quietly rusting away in the grudge...
Mornin Moldy. Sunshine and 16 out this morning. Back from walking the dog. So my wurk for the day is done. Couple slippery spots on my walkway beside the garage. Will sprinkle a little more ice melt on them today.
Going below zero tomorrow night. What the heck is that? It is March, isn't it?

Sun came out, snow melted off streets, streets got about half dry, dump truck came around and salted the roads... This salting dry roads in warm weather started last couple years, reaching ridiculous proportions this year. Maybe they're trying to boost new car sales, windshield replacement and bridge building... Streets dry now, most of the salt didn't even melt. From what I've seen in my neighborhood, well over half the salt in residential neighborhoods was wasted this year, didn't even get a chance to melt anything.
