Sunny and 51. Saw some dumb *** on a motorcycle this afternoon. Streets full of salt, and still snow pack in places in the street. It was a fugly dark red all shined up pretty.

I got lucky last week with that rain the forecast missed. Still bad not far south of me, though, I must have been on the southern edge of the rain.
I was out on a rideabout today and thought of y'all. Just from this page it seems you folks are doing OK, but the family members are not doing quite as well. I certainly hope things get better for all concerned. Doc, I still have your daughter in the best of my thoughts. Life is good here on the west banks of the Mississippi. The weather has been fabulous, 75* today, which has made February very tolerable so far. Bummer for everyone getting decent weather, but have loads of salt on the roads. That sucks! Anyone heard from Herb or Jimmy? I hope they are doing OK. That's all I got!
Hi Scoteeee. People have been asking about you. Haven't heard anything from you. They were worrying if you were ok.
Ken was going to call Herb. I don't remember if he made contact with him or not. I get forgetful sometimes as I get older.
I'm doing fantastic, actually! Things have been going very well here in Mizzery. Good weather and lots of time outdoors. I've spent a number of weeks this winter making benches that fold out into small picnic tables, and I have sold a few for some extra coins. Otherwise I'm just floating through life! Dinner time!
Been a lazy winter for me. Granddaughters are not playing any school sports now. That was pretty much my entertainment during the winter. One graduated and other one is recovering from surgery on her ankle again. So she is waiting for spring baseball season.
