I'm afraid too many drivers that are a menace to bikers and themselves are the reason for the recent legislation, how else can a rider get protection from a driver not paying attention and getting run into?

Update on the "Dad" situation....
They could not remove the Mass! It was attached to the small intestines, Large intestines and his kidney. They would have to remove too much to remove the tumor, so the docs said that it would be just to much for an 84 year old to take and closed him up. He was in EXTREME pain last night and I did feel guilty leaving the hospital, but they had just given him a shot of morphine and he would sleep the rest of the night. We will be taking the "afternoon shift" today. It is just too much for Julia's knee to take being at the hospital all day. He does have a good support group...

 

Mornin Mike. So sorry to hear that about your dad. Hang in there and spend as much time as you can with your dad and make as many more memories as you can to remember him by.
