Bent over wrong this morning, could feel that lower back pain warning, almost gone now, hope it doesn't flair up again. Been at least a couple years since I felt it, guess the body self preservation movement limiter slacked off, hope this reset it. I just don't do old man very well. Wow. Only seen one that red once, in Phoenix. Whole sky flashed red like that for several seconds, long enough for traffic to stop, everyone was looking at it, some got out of their cars for a better look.
