Cold as....well, you know up here today.

 

That's why sometimes I wear my heavy wool socks to bed, and a surplus Royal Mail wool jacket when I'm enjoying the recliner and not moving. Gonna have to bump it up next week, babysitting a couple days, don't want to chill the little one. 68 for her, daughter keeps her place around that, too. I'll go up to 66 in the daytime with company, 60-62 for sleeping. Helps a lot to raise the blinds on the east windows in the morning, even below zero I can feel the warmth when it ain't cloudy. Nice on a subzero day to relax in the recliner with a warm little girl sleeping on my chest. Till she smells...

 

At least you don't have polar bears. Wonder if anyone rides motorcycles in Churchill?

 

snow started a lil earlier...talking a measly half a foot...guess I get to try the sno thrower mod......self tapped a few rubber pieces to the impeller.......all I have to look forward too.

 

Hockey game coming on at top of the hour. It got above 0. Up to 3 above now.

 

Remember some mornings in KC waking up to a 1/2" of ice on the insides of the bedroom windows, had the big old floor grate heater in the living room and it didn't quit get to the back rooms well.

Well...Just watched Lady GaGa on SNL singing about her "Mirror On THe Ceiling". Get the Windex.

 

It's a c-c-c-cold Sunday mornin here. 7° and only lookin for a high of 15°....brrrrrrrrr!!!!
