Brrrr here, too. Had frost before 9 last nite.

Daughter took me out for dinner last nite, restaurant with good eats nearby had a vet/active service eats free day. 4 adults, and when the waitress brought out two meals, said they'd run out of the others and the kitchen just told her. When she brought the new order out, said the manager said no tab tonite for any of us - 4 adults, would've been over $80. Don't know if he would've done that if it hadn't been a vet not getting get his order, but still an impressive gesture, surprised all of us. The food was excellent and generous portions, too.

Was gonna show the waitress a copy of my DD214 when we got seated, but she said if I knew what that even was, I must be a vet, not common knowledge any more. And I was wondering if she'd know what that was...

Me an Mary did some stuff nuttin'to write home about...laundry tonight ,few wine coolers then sevices tomorrow, winter swap over for the shed. Then cmra meeting....after that fill up the bike /stabil put her on blocks ,cover and battery tender.......it'll be off an on the rest of the off season...
