Two days of doing almost nothing, but the arm & shoulder don't ache much. To be continued through the weekend.
Told the gf many times I don't like using the oven in summer, all the heat goes right upstairs and the temp up there skyrockets; ductwork in this house sucks, takes hours to cool off. She still brings stuff over to bake, wants to bake almost everything. Oh well, I put a bed below ground level for the summer, stays nice & cool down there.
Darn it, the minion the grandkid got doesn't say a single cuss word. I feel cheated.

Hi Kr, enjoying the air conditioning, pretty warm out there. Supposed to get 98% humidity tomorrow, and maybe rain. Love that a/c.

I won't know if my furnace werks for 3 or 4 months, if I'm lucky.
Went about 10 or 12 years in this house with just a window ac, lotta days it didn't do much. Shoulda got central air right away, 'lectic bill went way down, in 10 years probably would've paid for itself with lower bills. Those bigger window units sucked the juice, not economical.

My grass is getting tall, might give the mower a try Sunday if it's dry enuf. Steer with left hand, throttle (on the right fender) with the right, might be able to manage it. That gully back there makes mowing interesting, even when there ain't any water in it... or ducks.
