Mornin, all that's still here. Argh, woke up before 5. Grandkid is sitting next to me mumbling, wants the puter.
Back at the daughter's new house yesterday. Her significant other said he couldn't figure out why the bottom level was so hot - found a closet with a small natrural gas boiler system in it - additional baseboard heating for the lower level. It was running... Took a while to figure out how to safely turn it off, wiring is a nightmare. Not the only wiring I'll be trying to clean up in and outside there. Their home inspection sure missed that. At least the ac works good, cooled the lower level down nice in a few minutes.
They don't know how to take care of the pool (19x40). I'll figure out what all the stuff in the pool house is on another visit. I'll have to show them how to backflush the filter and use the heater. I don't envy them the work that pool is gonna be. Grandson loves it, though. Be good for him, like many kids today, he spends more time in front of an LED screen than exercising, and it shows when he's in the pool, runs out of breath way too fast for his age. At least he can swim pretty well.

You wouldn't wanna look at mine... tools, sawdust, and motorcycle parts all over, and a newer furnace to install some day. Oh yeah, and a buncha cabinets to install once I finish the drywall where they'll go... when I clear enuf stuf outta the way to put it up. Now where did I put that stack of drywall?
