Got a little bit of riding in yesterday. About 150 miles. Stopped to see a long time buddy who has Non operable Pancreatic cancer!

Thanks Ken. He looks like he is 90 years old and has lost about 40lbs! Doing the chemo right now, but I don't know?

Called another buddy when we stopped for lunch and found out that he also has cancer! he just found out that he has a spot on his liver, one on the back of his brain, one on the front of his brain and a spot on his esophagus!

CANCER SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Yes it does and it happens everyday.... I have lost relatives, family members and friends to it as young as 34 yrs old....

Ole went to the Doctor because he was feeling a little sick. After a few tests the Doctor told Ole, "I'm sorry to tell you that you have a rare disease that is incurable and you are going to die in 6 months. But to help you out I'm going to prescribe that you move in with your mother-in-law."

Ole replied, "That’s terrible Doc, but why should I move in with my rotten mother-in-law?"

The Doc said, "Because that will be the longest 6 months of your life."

It is so common that it is hardly a shock to find out someone has it! After seeing some of the effects of chemo I sometimes wonder if it is even worth it! I hope that they will be able to do something soon!

Damn it will be nice to have fast internet at the new house. Here I get a max of 3mgb/sec and usually less than 1! At the new house in the big city I will be getting 100mbg/sec
