I got a water view this morning. Tere's a V in the water from one of the ducks. Hadda gully washer in the early am, woke up to a constant rumble there was so much thunder. Feels like breathing fog out there. Today's grocery run has been cancelled. Only outside chore today is topping off the van's leaking ac stuff, gotta use it Sunday, and it ain't near good enuf for these temps as is. Still has a bit of cool since last summer's top off, so it ain't a real bad leak. And I put the fancy desulfate tender on it yesturday, so it oughta start. Checked, put gas in it in April, should be plenty left. Gonna be one of the longest trips in it this year, near 40 miles. Round trip...

Didn't see any little ones today, but there's a lot of critters that find them tasty. I don't see how the duck pair raises them back there, water is only occasional and seldom lasts long. They've hung around here for several years. Last two or three years, been an extra male. Duck threesomes?
