Nurse told me a lot of folks have that reaction to the prep stuf you gotta drink, said I can ask for anti nausea meds that will help next time. Also, instructions say drink it all in 2 hours, but doesn't hurt to spread it out a bit more, give it a chance to work thru so yer stomach don't feel so bloated all at once. The ordeal part of it is mostly over in 12 hours or less, just gotta remember what it says in the good book, this too, shall pass.
