Sore feet & shoulders, spent some hours in the garden today. All them pots I put over the veggies Friday paid off, frost last night, killed the "volunteer" veggies that were popping up all over; all the stuf I covered came through ok.

I didn't see any frost here this mornin, 40* I believe I saw on the thermometer this mornin, could have been colder down in the valley though....

evening guys, time to hit the rack.............can't do any riding, mowing or long walking for about six to eight weeks Docs say. I can do short drives.

Very enlarged prostate that had to be cut away, no cancer
before that there was a concern that I had a small stroke (TIA) one test showed a 75% blockage of my right carotid artery............MRI showed there was no blockage or build-up at all. They still can't figure out the symptoms I had and in the ER that day when this all started.
Must be just life style catching up with me
