Smartphones... did order a pair of iPhone 6's (just plain 6) for me & the gf, but even though I called to verify I could and they said yes, got turned down after I ordered them. So ordered a new battery for her flip phone and going back to my old flip phone, screw it. Phone and fees would be near $50 on top of the basic bill, decided it ain't worth it to me. My flip phone will do basic stuff better than the dying android phone I have, the Motorola was a waste of money. When I tried to find out how to fix it on the innernet, found out losing wifi and built in features is common with that brand, no fix either. Flip phone, interchangeable lens camera, and a nice gps unit, cheaper than one new "smart" phone and easier to use. I will miss the voice text, though, pita to text on a 9 key pad. It'll give me an excuse to answer my daughter's texts with a voice call.

You can replace batteries in all of them. Some nice how to videos on youtube, too. Battery and a few tools to make it easier:

the ''5'' key usually has a raised feature...use it to ''center'' the thumb, then it's possible to text with out looking....back in the day this technique saved lives while driving and texting.....but since the other phones are so abundant so are the crashes.......from everyone looking at the screen instead of being able to feel the keys.
