Gf went home, and of course it's gray and cold out today, after that beeyoutiful day yesturdday when I could hear dozens of Harleys cruising the main road a couple blocks away. I'm still planning on at least loading sum milk & eggs in the Uralbeast today, but might be a bit cool to take the long way home.

The big pile of tree bits in the burn pit are a pile of smoking coals this morning, wouldn't burn fast but at least it smoldered down. Not much dry wood yet, smokes bad. Think I'll wait a while before burning in earnest. Thought I wouldn't have sticks all over the yard this year with so many less trees, but seems like more than ever. wth? Gonna have to do a lot of raking 'fore putting the mower battery back in. And the grass is growing already...

New bikes... my retirement accounts are probably glad I don't have that urge. But I would like a big motor 3/4 ton pickup...
