I'm alright, y'all ever see that movie, a river runs through it? That would be my property in about 4 places! House is good though! Gotta do some driveway improvements and think on how to improve the drainage.

Woodstock, I'm way East in Texas, about 30 miles from lowsyanna border. Nearest big town is Longview. I'm maybe 80-90 miles SW of texarkana.

Not riding the bike down this time. Bring 2 of my sisters with. They are old. Both in their 70s.

Okay, enjoy your trip! If any of y'all get a chance to get down this way PM me. Texas takes good care of the roads around here and East Texas is probably underrated for hills and turns! It's all oaks and Pines around here, reminds me a lot of parts of northern Minnesota, cept without a bunch of snow.
