Just seeing what y'all been up to 'fore nest time. Supposed to be raining in the morning, and mosta the week. Bye bye salt.
KR, from what I read in the touring section, you had the high mileage bearings.
Fast sportsters... I've ridden faster, but my 1200 makes me happy. The 883... slowpoke. 4 door Toyotas out there that I can't keep up with, and they're probably not even wide open. My 1200 is supposed to do the quarter mile within a couple mph of the 440 ci Dodge I had in '68, and that was considered real fast.
Hope I don't ache a lot tomorrow, gave a shovel some exercise today. Buncha tree stumps I need to get outta the lawnmower's way. Dig a moat around em, cut em low with the chainsaw.
