I asked the grandkid if he'd hold the camera for a ride out to farmland, but he said it was too cold. Told him he could snuggle under blankets, but he said it's wet, too. This morning's rain turned to snow and everything got white again. Then mostly melted. I gotta admit, it would've been sloppy.
About 3 hrs riding. All back country farm roads. Saw only one other bike. Tons of cinders and crap on the back roads.Wouldn't have had the Ultra out on those. Main roads woulda been OK, but back roads are more fun on the Ural. Hardly even see a car.

That is an absolutely very cool idea! It is suppose to be warm tomorrow so I suspect most if not all of the last of the snow from last weeks storm should disappear. I am going to take the dog out for a quick walk around the block. With any luck he'll run in to a few crotches to snuffle or maybe some lucky female French poodle will get her butt sniffed.

That's how I like to Uralize, too. Head south or west and I can get out on dirt/gravel roads through the farm lands. Can go miles without seeing a car. Can also get real slow if you get behind a combine going 5-10 mph; they overhang those narrow roads and can't be passed til they pull off. This guy barely made it between the trees.

I haven't had a BAD attack in a year and a half. The meds w*rk for that. Still ringin' and fullness in the ear, too. Almost non exixtent for the past few months, but started coming back last week a little. Seems that fresh air on the bike helps!......and I'm stickin' to that story.
