I haven't seen or heard a bike other than my Ural since... early December? Supposed to be sunny and 50 here Saturday, so frustrating to walk around without a jacket, but not ride. Still a lot of white powder out there, get in traffic and you have to breath it; big vehicles leave a cloud of it behind them when they hit a thick patch.

 

one reason why I think twice about eating at any restaurant.......food prep in the winter slacks off a bit more in the cold than in the summer....least that's the way it seems.

 

Restaurants... lots of salt, lots of sugar, who knows what got picked up off the floor... Expensive, and often doesn't taste as good as what I fix at home. I rarely go to them, and usually for socializing, not the meal.

 

Gardening doesn't end with the picking. Shucking dried beans today... tedious.
