-15 outside, infrared thermo meter said the Ural motor in the grudge is -3. Fired right up! No battree equipped Harleys out there, so can't compare, but last time I tried the 1200, was around 20, and it wuddn't even cough.

Put a coat on in the house this morning, bit chilly. The point and shoot thermo meter says the exterior walls are about 10* cooler than they were above zero, doors are 45-50, were low 60's last week. Door to the grudge must shrink below zero, last week was tight, but a lower corner is leaking now, put a big towel across the bottom and it's algood. Anybuddy else think winter sucks?

 

Pretty good,Doc...the dawgs don't give ya orders. Gonna go 'broom" the driveway and walks. Got a little over 1/4" of sn*w last night. No big deal except it gets run over and turns to ice with no chance of melting this week. Callin' for 8" - 12" Friday nite into Saturday. Local TV station has a contest to guess when first full inch of snow will fall. They give away a couple snowblowers. Middle of Jan. and we haven't gotten a full inch yet.

 

Lately only one neighbor has been leaving them out much, puts their German Shepard and some kinda brown & white spotted (same size as the GS) dog out for a half hour to an hour. They don't put their little yappy dog out, though. At -15 to -20, I'd be concerned about leaving house dogs out that long, hell it hurts me just to get the mail if I don't cover all exposed skin. Even wear ski goggles over the glasses - the nose piece gets so cold in a couple minutes it hurts otherwise.

 

I'm not far ahead of you here. Won't break my heart if it stays this way.
