Grandkid's church Christmas program this morning, was bearable. Looked like he enjoyed himself. Making faces and sign language nobody else can understand to his mom and dad - sitting at opposite sides of the auditorium...

Nice temp today, would be good for riding if it wasn't for the rain. I thought about getting a little wet, but the traffic for a Sunday is crazy, guess peeps are in the shopping frenzy that useta just be called Christmas. That ruins rides in good weather.

You know many of the bikini crowd started getting silicone implants back in the 70s and 80s. And like the swallows of Capistrano, they return to the beaches of dere yute in da springtime, row upon row of little ol' ladies still sunning dere buns in bikinis wrinklin' and saggin' around dere perfect boobies....Layin' on dere backs defying gravity. I luvs me some Meechigan wimmens...

Remember it was near Dong Tam, on the river. Pilots were asking when it would start, we were already descending, when the first shells hit - wp! Effing streamers were still in the air when we went in, orange glowing chunks all over the ground, like a fog in there; I was able to my breath, but those poor miserable grunts that got off and just stood there choking... We never did that again.

In the civilian world, all kinds of safety tests; in the Army, hey, let's try this! Brother said they were still doing that in the sandbox wars, too. The military has some cool moves now, but oh God, the cost of the learning curve...
Jn the Coast Guard (true story OMG) It was hey Bubba let's try this Before drunk Seamen Hice pukes on the deck, let's teach him a lesson and strap him on to the mooring windlass belly down and strap the rotation in full speed to see if he will velocity puke, then we can just hose down the stern and no smell below decks. It...A ...worked and ...B...proved an effective deterrent to alcoholism.
