The weather guessers are changing this week's nice weather to crap. Sky's starting to look like they might be right...

I can hear it now, "Maverick, a little help here, I gotta camel on my tail!".

Spent 6 months there several decades ago, liked it there. Weekends often went to that almost empty beach we called Savannah Beach, had a few weathered shacks and a little place that sold crab burgers out a window. Now it's condos, expensive houses, full tourist trap gig, kind of place that has zero appeal me. Was a 2 lane stretch going there lined with palm trees, remember them looking like a wood wall at night, running 130+ in a Corvette convertible. Good times...

I feel a lot more comfortable with a tach on it, now I know I'm only doing 4,000 rpm and not way over red line like it feels. Gotta adjust the valve lash, was getting noisy echoing off the car. Sidecars let the rider and monkey hear everything the drivetrain is doing, like it's amplified. Bet Harleys really have a lot of motor sound with a sidecar.

Planning to get a GoPro, oughta mount it 'tween the bike and car, probably get some amazing sounds.
