Welcome to Florida. As former Nortern NYer (near Canada eh), I highly recommend you drink lots of water when you are outside during hot weather including rides until your blood "thins" and you acclimate.

Welcome! I'm in Delray too, right down the road from UKLauren. I commute more with my scoot these days than do rides, but I'd like to get some good rides in this summer with the Florida crew. Let us know when you're bike's back on the road.
