This will be my first leesburg, is the f-l-a crew meeting anywhere there? i notice alot of ya'll are coming from the south, so theres no way i can meet and ride. but would like to meet some of the crew.

also, strictly for conversation purposes, if i wasnt interested in the family friendly parts, is there somewhere more...insidious that I could go. Hypothetically speaking, of course.

 

Go the The Hideaway on Lake Harris Saturday afternoon for the wet shirt contest. The women get on a pontoon boot in the middle of the bar and basically get naked.

 

That is worth the price of admission

Hi Pat... Thank YOU for the invitation... Believe me, I have been looking at your thread/trip and trying to fit it in... Looks like a fun ride/destination and a good group... I would LOVE to go and I am holding out hope right to the last minute trusting that if I could go you would not mind me jumping on board... I have not said anything because the chances are remote... But the truth is I am VERY (perhaps TOO) busy right now trying to get a lot of outside/farm-work (IE well over 300 trees to plant, shed roof to rebuild, grafting, pruning/trimming, etc.) done before the really hot/humid WX... And the harder I work to get things done the more time I need to recover before I can go play... What I need is a vacation from retirement...

I am riding a loop to Cross Creek on Friday... Leesburg loop on Saturday...
