OMG! That was the day WE were there!

 

WOW... Lost for words.

 

Damn! As a Vette owner and collector, I would have been mad as hell at the bike rider... of course after I made sure he was okay first.

 

And I'd be willing to bet that this guy would be the first to bad mouth a sport biker for racing through there with no regard for anyones safety.

 

That makes NO sense.
He was in the turn, had it pretty hard over, and then.....stands the bike upright?
No breaks...at all? And damn near hits the vette head on?
I gotta be missing something. There should at least be a skid mark from the rear tire.

 

If you follow the frames he enters the corner, waves at camera, keeps waving at camera, continues to wave at camera, realizes he's too deep in corner and cranks bike over for turn. Scrapes floorboard, stands bike up to stop scraping floorboard, learns over hard again with same results, crosses center line-at this point I am not sure why the guy is not hard on the brakes........

 

One more reason for not waving...

 

Oh my gosh is the only thing I could say after looking at those pics...

It's idiots like that who give riding the Dragon a bad name and ruin it for everyone else. Was waving for the camera worth all the damage and recovery that guy now faces?

Stupid...just utterly stupid....

 

Wow, hope he was OK, not much arguing about who's fault that one was. Bet the guy in the Vet was pizzed off. He probably would have made that if he would have just Embraced the Scrape and enjoyed it.
