I was planning a 4 day weekend this weekend to ride some. Woke up this morning to Tropical Storm Sandy brewing over the southwestern Caribbean Sea south of Jamaica and Tropical Depression 19 out over the Atlantic.

How does this happen? Then check Monday's forecast and it should be beautiful for me to go back to work on Monday.

I know Kimbo will be loving the surf. I should take up surfing but that would most likely kill the surfing industry as there would be no waves ever.

I am betting the Daytona Chamber of Commerce paid Gator a substantial sum to steer clear of Volusia and all surrounding counties!

 

Well we did ride home from Virginia into TS Debbie. You should be use to it by now.

I'm glad you didn't go to Daytona as well Jeff. Though you must have been thinking Daytona about 5pm when we got to New Smyrna because it rained like crazy but we happened upon a kerb side diner with cover so stayed there for 20 minutes, with hot coffee and waited for the storm to pass.
