Default Mine's longer than yours!

Mileage that is...

My brother's wife bought him a 2012 Street Glide for Father's Day 2011 (over a year ago).

I was just texting him and he told me he just had the fluids changed as he is getting it ready for winter storage. He told me it JUST TURNED 440 MILES! He's had it a freaking year and a half. In that same period, I've ridden about 20,000 miles.... And I didn't get in a whole lot of riding!

Got my current bike in March 2011 and it has 35K but I guess I ride more than most; less than some of those crazy guys of the Florida Crew. Dang they are just insane.

I think at that pace you will beat the average. Results do vary. Though I do ride at least one day every weekend I did do a roundabout loop to Oklahoma City and back in March then Straunton Va and back in June while Steve and MasterBlaster took a shortcut out to Arizona and back in April so our mileage is a little skewed.

What held me back was dating women that wouldn't ride. You can date as many women as you like (which I DID), but if they won't ride, the miles stay down. Now my one and only loves riding, so they are one the way back up.

I've done 2000 miles in 8 weeks so I guess that's ok. I'd ride more but it's tough to get the S Fl Crew out!

When I first stared riding it seemed we (south) were getting together all the time. I miss those days.
