Matt Matt. It's like fishing. You have to present the bait properly. Tell them where you are going, what time/where you are leaving from and when you plan to be there then sit back and watch the magic.

I will go, but not much of a ride its only a few miles from the house,

 

i no some 1 told me i cant do 300 mile rides on my nightster i need to trade it in on a big bike so i guess this is a perfect ride for me lol

 

Don't let anybody tell you what you are not capable of doing. You can do it. Now go out there and prove it to yourself.

 

Who says you can't do 300 miles on a Sporty? I do it all the time, and ride it to NC a couple of times a year.....

On top of that, I'm an Old Fart.

 

The only thing limiting your ride is $ for fuel and your comfort level. Get out and ride that thing

 

I told not to pay any attention to people there is alot of people that do long rides on there sportys

 

You can do whatever you put your mind to. I did 1300 miles in 18 hours on a Hayabusa. (That was 12 years ago but I did it)
