Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, Dawsonville GA
Cloudy day today with a persistent chance of rain kept us closer to home today. We decided to go check out the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame today.
Really cool place, my first time there. Dawsonville, BTW, is right along moonshine alley (Route 9), which is where all the bootleggers ran their whiskey out of the North Georgia Mountains during Prohibition. A lot of folks say this area are the roots of NASCAR racing back when a tuned-up car could out-run the police cars.
It was FUN riding our motorcycles down moonshine alley after visiting the museum!

Yup, I go right by his place on numerous rides, which includes a private runway for his jet.
Jay and Lucy have been here, heck, Lucy hails from right around here. I figured that Wade would want to put this place on his museum tour. LOL You guys are always welcome for a guided tour of the area.
