Its for the camera's in case you blow the toll...pretty dumb huh? That's your legislatures at work! No time to bother with creating new jobs for the unemployed because of all these other important issues.

the only input I can say about the tag...The local dealer told me it was illegal for a short period (up to 2 years) then it was reversed. Now, you can have vertical tags again. Sorry Matt & Dave, I didn't even try the link...I was afraid of a legal novel on the other side.
