Yeah , what they all said..

PLUS:
$20 cash for poker game. (Might as well just hand it to 1of2 as he wins every year)
Your slow ride skills for the slow ride contest. (That's how Carolyn got her screen name, she was our virgin slow ride Champ...well I mean, she won it the first year.. um, not that.. well you know what I meant.)
A HUGE appetite for the BBQ on Saturday night.
BC Powders for the hangovers on Sat and Sun Mornings.
All your good BS stories for the drinking sessions at night.
Camera, as there will TONS of awesome Kodak moments. (Last year we fit 27 people in the conference room bathroom. I think Chuck is still smiling from 2 women sitting on his lap)

Went for a ride today with Beebo, and let me tell you, my hands and face were freezing with my summer gloves and the half helmet. My core was chilly too doing 80-90 in the AM up to meet him and it was only the upper 50's-low 60's.

Was a real eye opener. Riding in cooler weather is new to me. I need gloves and a jacket at least, and maybe a full face if the bank account allows. The Ocala Rally that I thought wouldn't be too hard on the wallet, is going to turn out VERY expensive thanks to mother nature. We'll see what happens, $1K + to stay warm is pretty pricey, and that's not even counting chaps, lol.

I plan to wear my Hi Vis rain jacket with a liner underneath, dress in layers. Get the gauntlet gloves from HD and be done with it.

No, No,,, it's not cold enough often enough for all that. Just wear thermals under your jeans, get a balaclava (Face wrap thingy... http://www.bikebandit.com/alfa-cycle-supply-balaclava), warm shirts underneath your jacket that you can take off as it warms up.
But you will need cold weather gloves.
