Wife been having chest pains and nausea
She went to the Dr. yesterday but could only see the nurse practicioner.
She hooked my wife up to an EKG thingy and in about 3 seconds her eyes got big and left the room.
In about a minute later she brought Dr. Waters in and he looked at the EKG. He told my wife to go to the emergency room.
My wife...who doesn't like being told what to do, told him she wouldn't because she'd hafta wait for hours and they would do the same tests eventually.
Dr. Waters told her to wait and he left. He came back a few minutes later with a form for an appointment with a heart specialist at Baptist Hospital downtown.
She will be there tomorrow morning at 9:00 A.M.
She had a heart murmur in the past, so I'm hoping that is all it is.
Just needed to tell someone, and get it off my chest...Funny, I don't feel better...

This nurse was a n00b, shouldn't show expressions like that. I would say she is so used to seeing the same old hum drum normals that anything out of ordinary surprised her.
I'm sure you went to the ER and got the tests done, the important thing is you caught it and did the right thing about it. Keep us posted, meanwhile i'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
